SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

We offer USPS Ground Advantage shipping on our U.S. Domestic Orders which can take up to (2-5 business days - transit time) for packages to be delivered. However, please allow 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for us to process your order. After items have been processed, then shipping will begin.

We currently do not offer shipping on International Orders. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Refund & Return Policy

If your order has not been shipped, you may cancel your order. However, once your product has been shipped, items are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.

We do not accept returns on any items due to the hygienic nature of our products. All sales are final. However, if any item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us via customersvc@aura1111organics.com with photos of the damages and any necessary information to support your claim and we will be happy to assist you with a replacement.
